Lauren really was amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the unknown of homeownership and where to even start. From the moment I met Lauren at an open house, we instantly connected in such a genuine way. She took the time of explaining the process, set very realistic goals and was honest and transparent which I appreciated. When I couldn't handle a job required to bring the home up to code, she guided me through the maze of hiring reliable, affordable people to get the job done. Where to even start?! Lauren helped me buy my first home in 2020 during the Covid multiple offer “craze”! She negotiated the best deal possible while also ensuring the offer was crafted to ensure I was able to get my offer accepted- we beat out four other offers! WIN! The purchase of my first home was only the beginning of my journey in working with Lauren. Fast forward to three years later (Nov. 2023), when I called to tell her I was ready to move up and say goodbye to my starter home. I had walked through a new construction home with my mom the weekend before and I immediately knew that I had to call my fav realtor. The idea of a brand new home after living in my 1920’s house with no dishwasher nor cozy tub seemed like a dream that was probably far from reality. Lauren was quick to act and before I knew it, my home was on the market and very soon after a full price offer in hand. And the best part, we avoided costly repairs that the buyer wanted which would have been a nightmare! I was then ready to write an offer on that new home that I had fallen in love with! Yet again, offer accepted! The agent who represented the builder, was less than impressive but Lauren did her absolute best and it showed! As I write this review, in my brand new home I can’t say enough positive qualities she brings when you’re working with her. Plus, she’s just an awesome human being and now consider her a friend!
